Shipping guidelines
Freight
Our goal is to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible, from 1-5 days, depending on where in the country you live. We only deliver to addresses in Norway, and not to Svalbard. When the order is packed, you will receive an email from us, and when the package has arrived at the Posten terminal, they will send you the tracking number. We normally pack and ship your order the same day if you order before 11 a.m. We ship most orders with Posten, while packages delivered to the mailbox or door are sent with PostNord. Make sure to pick up packages that are delivered to the pickup location within the deadline to avoid fees.
Some items are not in local stock and in such cases additional delivery time must be taken into account. In such cases, it is mentioned on the product page.
Return
If for any reason you want to return the unused product, you can do so within 50 days of receiving it and get your money back. You can easily register a return yourself at retur.redheal.no
50 days open purchase
The product you return must be undamaged and in its original condition, with all tags attached and all parts and packaging. Your return will be inspected when it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued once the return has been approved.
NB. For hygienic reasons, the Elevate Flex and Infrared Sauna Blanket cannot be returned if used.
How to make a return?
- Place the product in its original packaging, making sure that all parts are included and undamaged.
- Seal the package so that it is well closed and secured.
- Register the return at retur.redheal.no — You will then receive a QR code.
- Scan the QR code at one of Posten's pickup locations and deliver the package.

Complaints
We cannot cover costs directly related to returns of a product unless the return is due to an error on our part. If this is the case, please contact us at support@redheal.no who will provide you with a shipping label that will cover the costs associated with returning the products.
Complaints period
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, Section 27, private individuals have the right to complain about defects in the product for up to 5 years, provided that the product is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years. The complaint must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, and no later than two months is always considered to be within a reasonable time.
